Service Details

A move-in/move-out cleaning service is a deep, comprehensive cleaning designed to sanitize and restore a completely vacant home. Unlike a standard weekly tidy-up, it targets areas left untouched for years, helping tenants secure their security deposits or preparing a fresh start for new homeowners.

What is cleaned?

  • Kitchen:
      • Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers.
      • Clean inside, outside, and behind the refrigerator and oven (if accessible).
      • Wipe down countertops, backsplashes, and the microwave inside and out.
      • Scrub sinks, faucets, and the stovetop.

  • Bathrooms:
      • Sanitize and scrub toilets, bathtubs, and showers (including removing soap scum).
      • Clean tile grout, sinks, and mirrors.
      • Wipe down vanity cabinets and drawers. 

  • All Rooms (Living & Bedrooms):
    • Dust and wipe baseboards, door frames, and doors.
    • Clean window sills, tracks, and blinds (if requested).
    • Vacuum and mop hard floors, or thoroughly vacuum carpets.
    • Remove cobwebs and dust ceiling fans or light fixtures.
    • Wipe down switch plates and doorknobs.
